Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: La Femme Form accepts order cancellations before the order is processed and/or product is shipped. A full refund will be issued for canceled orders. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds (if applicable): At La Femme Form, we prioritize the quality of our products and services. Before shipping all orders, we thoroughly check the product and handle the packaging ourselves.

1. Defective Items:

  • If an item is found to be defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Take a picture of the defective item and email it to us. Our refunds department will review the case.
  • Upon confirmation, we will add a replacement to your next order at no additional cost.
  • In cases where identification of the defective item is not possible, the defective item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. To compensate for any inconvenience, we may offer additional discounts on the next order after assessment.

2. Return or Cancellation Policy with Cooling-Off Period:

  • If the return is initiated by the consumer, they are responsible for the shipping fee, based on the chosen shipping company. Tracking must be provided to ensure that the returned item(s) are received back to La Femme Form. 
  • If the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect goods received, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee, a prepaid return label will be provided.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once item is received if refund has been approved please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be received (processing times may vary by your bank).
  • If, after following these steps, the refund is still not received, contact us at return@lafemmeform.com.

For all return inquiries, please reach out to our refunds department at return@lafemmeform.com to obtain the Return Auth number along with the return address.

Please note that every return would need a Return Auth # in order to be a valid return.
